We first crossed paths a few months back with a plan for them to purchase a new build home in San Antonio, Texas, which they intended to use as one of their many investment properties. We moved quickly to make an offer, and I was able to negotiate an additional $12,000 off the price, secure a home warranty, and obtain $5,000 in seller concessions. The cherry on top? The appraisal came back confirming $54,000 in equity!

 

Today, my clients are excitedly settling into their new home, complete with a beautiful pool where they can relax and create new memories. Their journey is a testament to the importance of never giving up and trusting the process, even when faced with obstacles.
