Ashley helped us with our move from Florida to Texas. She educated us on all the first time home buyer programs and assistance available to us and negotiated free Down Payment Assistance, and got the builder to cover all of our closing costs and lock us into an incredible rate!!! She took the time to understand our current needs as well as where we see our family growing in the next 5 years and found a house within our budget that serves us now and for the years to come!! BUT the biggest standout wasn't that "oh our realtor helped us find a house" but it's actually been the POST-CLOSING assistance and education offered. Ashley and Tyler gave us a printed book (and sent a pdf version) of everything we should know (resources, DIY vs contracting, product recommendations) after our first home purchase. From pest control, to watering your foundation, staining your fence, to garage flooring, sealing, caulking, overall maintenance, taking care of the kind of grass we have (just to name a little bit of what's in that book) the wealth of knowledge post closing has been EXTREMELY valuable for us. We went from feeling like a young couple not knowing anything to truly confident in being responsible home owners. Literally the post-closing education is monumental. Everyone knows "change your air filters" but the extensive knowledge given to us has truly been monumental to us. Working with Ashley and Tyler has been a breeze. From getting pre-approved, to finding the house, to all the inspections and walkthroughs (they pointed out stuff I'd never think to ask), getting us a brand new fridge one day before closing because they didn't need a fridge with a dent in it, pushing the construction team to go above and beyond, and now their post closing continual expertise and support I cannot reccomend them enough to anyone. Ashley has continued to check in on us and offer advice and support to past few weeks, even though her "job" technically ended a while ago. Plus, they think of your family every step of the way in the home buying process. Even gave my young child a coloring book and then another book all about house hunting and finding a home and understanding a move! There's realtors all over to choose from, but I'm confident no one is offering the exceptional level of support and education they are. They are not just trying to make a sale or close a home, but they're actually working in the families best interest and protecting the families they support!!! Can't recommend them enough!!
